The Gator Grille is nestled into the heart of the everglades right on the border of Naples and Marco Island. The Gator Grille is a frequent lunch and casual dining restaurant for the Members of the association along with many golfers that have finished their round. It is an outdoor bar with table top seating along with a high top bar that wraps into an island. It is a great location that serves traditional American bar food. It is accompanied with 6 Televisions so could be a good area to watch sports.
When Arriving at the Gator Grille through the main entrance there is a drop off location and some accessible parking but would say it a long distance from where the action is that being the pool and spa area that is next to the Gator Grille. This brings up more concern as the Gator Grille is nestled behind the clubs pool facility that has many tightly packed pool loungers everywhere so navigating around these can be tricky and like a maze to get to the grille. From this way to enter the surface is flat which makes access easier. From entering from the golf club entrance on the south end of the facility there are stairs each that are 8 steps to the top. Upon further inspection I did find a slow winding ramp that goes up but is in a bad location with no signage and could be difficult to locate. The bathroom on the main level is nice and close to the restaurant as well as very clean.
Overall the food was not terrible but nothing memorable to say the least. Service was below average and the overall experience I would not recommend to friends. I do enjoy the outdoor bar and fans but the amount of bug attacking and beards trying to steal your meal can also be a nuisance. With a table top bar that is not accessible, poor parking as well as getting around many pool chairs and other obstacles to get to this location for the quality of food and service isn’t worth it. Lots of steps on bottom level and small slow rising ramp in awkward location.

I think this could be a great location as the views and club are nice and are in a great area. Only downfall is staff and food quality. Along with that was very hard to find the location along with getting to the actual bar and grill is hard navigating through pool chairs and on the bottom level on the deck the 8 steps or the ramp further away.
