The Eagle Harbor InnX3291 Madison Avenue South Bainbridge Island WA 98110Bainbridge Island, WA(206) 842-14461753.54.7Beautiful luxury boutique and without question the finest property on Bainbridge Island. Located in Marina district. The owners and hosts are wonderful.
There is one spacious wheelchair accessible guestroom on the lower level but no roll-in shower. I believe the shower has sliding glass doors and may not be accessible for wheelchair guests.
No handicapped parking spaces so call in advance and they will accommodate your requirements.
There's a moderately steep hill to nearby restaurants.
It's a short 10-15 minute walk from the ferry but if you're in a wheelchair I'd recommend driving due to the hilly terrain.

Island Country InnX3920 Hildebrand Lane Bainbridge Island WA 98110Bainbridge Island, WA(206) 842-6861852.03.6I stayed hear for a night in 2016 and had a very nice wheelchair accessible room. The room was modest and cozy as well as very spacious, and the bathroom was huge.
I stayed in the guestroom without a roll-in shower (Room 103). There was  a tub shower and a plastic removeable shower chair was available in the bathroom. Extra bathroom counter space.
Island Country Inn is a small, older inn but quite nice with it's country decor and the lower property level is fully wheelchair accessible.
4 wheelchair accessible rooms; 1 roll-in shower.
No full service restaurant or bar or hot breakfast; free continental breakfast only.
Small outdoor accessible pool;  No ADA lift into pool.
2 handicapped parking spaces.
Somewhat thin walls and I could hear the TV in the adjoining guestroom.
The Plates and Pint Restaurant is across and down the street, perhaps 100 yards. There's a modest grade from the Inn to the restaurant, but I easily did this. The restaurant is a fun sports bar as well as family restaurant.
If you're taking the ferry to Bainbridge, you'll need a vehicle to drive to this hotel if you're in a wheelchair.

Bishop Victorian HotelX2714 Washington Street Port Townsend WA 98368Port Townsend, WA(360) 385-61221692.04.2There is one wheelchair accessible room (The Bishop Queen Suite #25) on ground floor with a somewhat accessible bathroom; Room #25 has 2 queen beds and the bathroom door is about 24 1/2inches wide. So this room may work only for narrow manual wheelchairs. No roll-in shower; stand up plastic shower only.
The other ground floor room #26 is smaller with a queen bed.
WARNING: all other rooms up a flight of stairs.
No restaurant or bar; continental breakfast is brought to your room.
WARNING: Small heavy gravel parking lot has an accessible parking space. If you park on the street, there is no curb cut-out which makes independent entry (other than from the gravel parking lot) very difficult.

Swan HotelX2222 Monroe St Port Townsend WA 98368Port Townsend, WA(360) 385-17181002.03.9Rooms A1 and A2 in Bldg A are the two reasonably accessible guestrooms.
There is a long somewhat steep ramp to rooms in Bldg A.
You cannot enter stand-alone lobby office as there are 2 steps.
Both room A1 and A2 have 1 queen bed which sits 2-3 inches higher than normal; no roll-in showers. Room A1 is a bit more spacious than A2.
Bathrooms in A1 and A2 are somewhat wheelchair accessible but only for manual wheelchairs; I could not close the bathroom door in A1 without pulling off my wheelchair foot pedels.
In room A2 there is only 26 inches between bed and dresser.
WARNING: Heavy gravel parking lot; no marked handicapped spaces. However, street parking was very convenient.

The Inn at Pleasant BeachX24633 Woodson Lane Northeast Suite 349 Bainbridge Island WA 98110Bainbridge Island, WA(206) 842-78001952.04.5Beautiful, newly built Inn with 1 wheelchair accessible guestroom (Suite 1) and bathroom - but not well designed for wheelchair users as Woodson Lane is quite steep.  The Inn is located in a charming new village complex but there's no elevator.  So you'll need to drive from Suite 1 to get to Pleasant Beach Village street level (and Lynwood Center) and to the adjoining Manor House Restaurant or Beach House Bar.
Bathroom is very nice but shower has 2 glass doors and no bench seat - not very useable for wheelchair users.
There are several nearby restaurants and shopping. The Manor House Restaurant next door is very convenient and my Favorite Bainbridge fine dining restaurant. And the Treehouse across the street is great for the family and serves by far the best pizza on the island.
No lobby check-in: call in advance for building security code and accessible parking.
Inn at Pleasant Beach is a 15 minute drive from ferry terminal. If you're taking the ferry to Bainbridge, you'll need a vehicle to drive to this hotel.
