Enjoy Vina Del Mar Casino and ResortX4Avda San Martin 199 Vina Del Mar, CLVina Del Mar, Chile56 32 284 630022344.3Spectacular hotel and casino located on Chilean coast city of Vina Del Mar.
Great waterfront location with easy level walk (roll) into town and around the board walk.
There is only 1 wheelchair accessible guestroom which was very nice with large accessible bathroom.
Roll-in shower was accessible but no bench seat or chair.
Bathroom sink was quite high (about chin height for me).
Hotel has 2 very nice accessible restaurants (SantaBrasa was more accessible).
8th floor pool was fabulous and accessible (no ADA type lift).
The lobby accessible restroom is located in the casino on the 1st floor. The restroom itself is huge but is not ADA compliant as you can't close the stall door, but the stall width was marginally accessible (about 28 inches).

Sofitel Buenos AiresX4Arroyo 841, C1007AAA CABA, ArgentinaBuenos Aires, Argentina54 11 4131 000025054.3Beautiful boutique hotel in Buenos Aires charming Arroyo Street area which is 15 walk to Recoleta area.
Our Favorite hotel during our South American trip!
There is 1 wheelchair accessible room which is very nice, well appointed and has a king bed with good access on one side. The guestroom itself is quite comfortable but not spacious.
The bathroom is spacious, accessible for all size wheelchairs and is very nice with a roll-in shower. No shower seat.
Beautiful gourmet dining room Le Sud is reasonably spacious and very wheelchair accessible.
The Bibliothèque on the lobby level is a very large room the includes a more casual restaurant, a comfortable bar area and library reading room. It is quite spacious and very accessible.
There are no steps at the hotel entrance, throughout lobby, restaurant or Bibliothèque.
The small indoor pool in down 1 level via elevator but there are 2 steps  up to get into pool.
Sauna area is very wheelchair accessible. 1 step up to fitness room.
The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood which is level and safe. There are a few nice nearby shops but the closest dinner restaurant is about a 5 minutes walk (roll).

The SingularX3Merced 294 Santiago CL 8320128Santiago, Chili56 2 2306 882037554.8Spectacular accessible boutique hotel in La Starria district of Santiago. Great location for sightseeing, very level area and very safe. Wonderful arts and crafts shopping and many restaurants within a couple level blocks.
2 steps into hotel but the doormen are eperienced at quickly putting out a temporary ramp.
There is only 1 accessible guest room which was very nice and spacious.
Bathroom was very nice and probably accomodates all manual wheelchairs. I doubt wider power wheelchairs could access toilet area (the bathroom is L shaped) and the turn is a bit tight.
Shower stall was raised about 4 inches and not accessible for me. There was a plastic temporary shower chair in the stall.
Bath area also includes large bath tub.
Large wheelchair accessible restroom off lobby.
Very nice and accessible hotel restaurant.
Great 8th floor rooftop patio bar - very spacious and accessible.
Fabulous staff, friendly and great concierge. Concierge can arrange airport transfers.
Our 2 nights here were outstanding. I highly recommended The Singular Hotel. Hotel would receive WJAR 5 except for the 2 small steps at the entrance. We loved this property!
Spa only, no pool. Spa was not very accessible.

There is only 1 accessible guest room. I was not able to tour it but it's looks like a new and very nice property.

Very nice and accessible hotel restaurant on 8th floor with terrific city views.
The restaurant's restroom was not wheelchair accessible (use lobby restroom).

Golden Tulip Regente3Avenida Atlantica 3716 Rio de Janeiro 22070001 BrazilRio de Janeiro55 21 3545 540012544Although this hotel is considered fully wheelchair accessible, it's really on the margin.
There are several steps at the entrance but for wheelchairs access they move a temporary iron gate, unlock another gate and then you roll up a ramp and take a circuitous route to the front desk. They are there to guide you but it's not a convenient entrance.
Elevators are very small (2 person max) and in my narrow 24 1/2 inch wide Quicke I had a difficult time getting situated in the elevator. Elevator depth is only 24 inches so  I had to scoot the wheelchair around to get the elevator door to close. Larger wheelchairs and power wheelchairs will not fit.
The accessible guest room was reasonably large, clean and the bathroom was quite spacious with extra counter space.
No bench seat (or any seat) in the roll-in shower.
There were 2 nice king size beds but they were 5-6 inches higher than normal. My transfer to the bed was a little scary. Our room had wood floors.
There is a nice breakfast room and large buffet which was very wheelchair accessible.
There is a lobby bar with limited choices and it was one of the worst I've experienced in a 4 star hotel.
The hotel is located in an excellent safe location on Copacabana Beach.
The Golden Tulip Regente is a marginal 4 star hotel and is marginably wheelchair accessible.
I cannot recommend this property.
