A Houston legend for more than seven decades–Brenner’s Steakhouse offers a dining experience like no other. From Prime steaks, fresh seafood & decadent desserts to an eclectic wine list and stunning backdrops, Brenner’s continues its tradition of generous hospitality to guests. The original Brenner’s Café was the dream of Herman and Lorene Brenner and many of the recipes were re-created for Brenner’s Steakhouse, including the crunchy German Potatoes and incomparable Apple Strudel. The Brenner’s location on Katy Freeway features outside dining in an exquisite garden area, surrounded by waterfalls and a gazebo.

Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • WARNING:  No accessible restroom. This very old  building has been “grandfathered” and the restroom is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Other than the restroom it’s a very nice, large and reasonably spacious restaurant and  wheelchair accessible.
  • No steps at entrance and no steps within the restaurant.
  • The entire restaurant is on one level.
  • What a shame the the cheap skate owner couldn’t remodel and provide an accessible restroom! I’m sure they have made a fortune at this well-known property, but they couldn’t find a way to reinvest a few dollars for the disabled patrons.
  • WARNING: Property to avoid!
