Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • WARNING: AVOID: This Scottsdale property is Jim’s NIGHTMARE hotel; my #1 hotel to avoid!
  • This property has 3 long, steep flights of stairs; the hotel provides 3 separate small hydralic lifts for access.
  • Lobby restroom is accessible but not ADA compliant; there are NO wheelchair accessible stalls.
  • There are multiple steps at entrance but there is a ramp.
  • Guestrooms are across the entry driveway and down a 4th flight of stairs (although you can roll to guestrooms with a somewhat circuitous steep grade).
  • WARNING: to access the restaurant from the hotel you must take 2 separate small hydraulic wheelchair lifts! Wow! Dreadful!
  • Best to valet as wheelchair accessible parking lot is down a somewhat steep grade.
