UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management: Student Accessibility Comments:

This property provides guests with plenty of WC accessible parking spots. There is an elevator that is right by the parking lot as well so there isn’t too much walking. Very level area, no steps. The elevator then leads you right into the gaming and restaurant area. Once you step out of the elevator there is a guest service desk to your left that also has a desk that is at the proper height. There are a number of games that are wheelchair accessible, many of the games allow the guest to simply roll in and reach for the items needed to play certain games. One thing we really appreciated was that there is so much room throughout the facility, we never had any trouble getting into walkways or even the restroom. Speaking of the restroom, it was also extremely spacious and we were also able to make a 360 degree turn in the stall with no issue whatsoever. We visited the restaurant area at the location and the restaurant provided wheelchair accessible sitting in the dining and bar areas as well. The bar actually has a counter at the proper height level as well.
