Wheelchair Accessibility Comments

  • The hotel and casino are wheelchair accessible but they could do much better.
  • The wheelchair accessible room I stayed at was quite large with a large accessible bathroom. The bathroom had a well-designed roll-in shower with attached pull down bench seat and reachable shower controls.
  • The main casino floor is down 3-5 steps. 1 ramp is located at either end of the long casino floor; more ramps would be more friendly.  The casino is very smoky.
  • Main lobby restrooms are small and old, but accessible.
  • Take elevator down to pool level for shopping; there is a second and much nicer shopping corridor which connects to the Paris hotel.
  • If you wish to visit Bally’s pool, which is accessible, I’d suggest to go to the nearby Paris Hotel where the outdoor pool is much nicer, more spacious and has a nice pool bar. This is only a couple minute roll, all level and underground and easily connected to Bally’s.
