Jim’s Accessibility Comments:

WARNING: Hop-On Hop-Off and other tour operators like Expedia and Viator are simply re-sellers for the local Houston bus tour. So I spoke with the bus operations people in Houston and they stated that as of July 2017 they only operate double decker buses and the buses are not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift mechanism.

WARNING: If you book this tour online, they may not be able to assist you onboard.

I was not able to reach either Expedia or Viator directly. Expedia does not offer phone contact information.

Please let me know if you’ve tried this tour with greater success.
